Today, July 7, 2026, we arrive at the energetic doorway of the 7/7 Sirius Portal. The Sirius Star shines a white-blue beam of light which vibrates with the frequencies of clarity and rejuvenation, while also offering wisdom from the energetic realm. This light frequency shines on EVERYONE on Earth, but is available to be received by those who consciously choose to accept and work with its power.

This is the key, Lightworkers: These cosmic events occur around us, whether we care to acknowledge them or not, but it is only when we DO choose to acknowledge and accept their healing frequencies that we can receive their gifts.

Indeed, the same can be said about any form of energy work in general, but I digress...

What follows is a quick guide to the energy of this magickal time, some crystal allies, and a guided ritual to activate your connection to the Sirian energy. I hope you enjoy!

The Energy of the Sirius Portal

This Sirian Star energy will be at its peak for at least 3 more days, but the energy will continue to hum strongly in the background for at least another week, leading up to the New Moon in Cancer on July 14.

The energies of the Sirius Portal make this a great time to:

• Practice your intuitive gifts - Tarot, runes, pendulum, mediumship etc.

• Do some deep study on spiritual topics - reading a book on a spiritual topic that is meaningful to you, and taking the time to read it slowly and giving yourself time to meditate on the lessons

• Do rituals of release - cord cutting, energy cleansing of your body/home/work space, Reiki work

Sirian Crystal Allies

And for my fellow Crystal Therapists/Crystal Witches/Crystal Lovers, this Sirian energy LOVES integrating with earth energy manifested as crystals, minerals, and stones. I've kept the description of each crystal's energetic properties super brief, so please remember that crystal energy is very nuanced; therefore - listen to your intuition!

• Lapis Lazuli / Sodalite — third-eye + Sirius connection

• Clear Quartz — amplifier and programmer

• Rose Quartz / Rhodonite — heart healing and compassionate release

• Black Obsidian / Smoky Quartz — cord-cutting and grounding

• Green Aventurine / Moss Agate — anchoring new heart-intentions into daily life

A Sirius Heart Activation

Read through the entire ritual a couple of times before you begin. Feel free to adjust it and make it your own. The best time to do it is when you have time to do it ;)

Ground

Sit with feet on the floor. Take three slow breaths: inhale 4–5 seconds, exhale 6–7 seconds. Imagine roots growing down from your sit-bones into the earth.

Crown-to-Heart Beam

Visualize a steady beam of white-blue light (the Sirius beam) pouring through the crown of your head, moving slowly down through the throat into the heart center. Feel a cool, luminous quality settling in the chest.

Heart-Breathing & Naming

Breathe into the heart for four breaths. With each exhale, quietly name one thing to release (a pattern, a story, a fear — keep it short: “I release shame,” “I release the need to please,” etc.).

Dissolve & Compost

Visualize that named pattern as a small knot of dark thread in the heart. With the next three inhales, see that knot unwind into light. On the exhale, send it down through the roots into the earth where it becomes nourishing compost for new seeds.

Seed Intention

Invite a tiny seed of intention into the now-open space (one sentence): e.g., “I open to gentle guidance,” or “I choose steady heart-led presence.” Hold the seed in the heart for three soft breaths.

Seal

Place your palms over the heart and hum once or thrice, sealing the activation. Thank Sirius, the earth, and your body. When ready, open your eyes.
