I teach a variety of group fitness classes in Edmonton and St. Albert. If you’re a gym member, your classes are FREE! Please inquire at the individual facility regarding drop-in rates. (Note: WCB and Millard classes are for employees only.)

I’ve been teaching since 2009 and my classes are constantly evolving. I’m always up to the latest dance, fitness, and yoga trends, and I design all of my classes to be safe, effective, and accessible to all fitness levels.
