Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to the Sacred Wellness School of Healing Arts (the "School", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via https://www.sacredwellness.co (the "Website").

By accessing our website, purchasing our courses, participating in our training programs, or interacting with our online community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this website or our educational services.

1. Incorporated Policies

Your privacy and safety are important to us. Our Privacy Policy and our Medical & Scope of Practice Disclaimer are fully incorporated into these Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined on our separate Disclaimer and Privacy Policy pages.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase training programs or open an account.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Podia login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Strictly Non-Transferable: All course enrollments, tuition payments, student account balances, community accesses, and certifications are strictly personal to the original purchaser and are completely non-transferable. You may not gift, sell, assign, share, or transfer your course access, seat, or student profile to any other individual—including family members, children, employees, or friends.

  • Account Sharing: Your enrollment is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials, course materials, or community access with any third party. Sharing access is grounds for immediate termination of your account without a refund.

3. Fees, Payment Plans, & Failed Charges

By purchasing a course or program, you agree to pay all specified fees. If you opt into a payment plan or recurring subscription, you agree to the following terms:

  • Automatic Recurring Billing: You authorize us to automatically charge your credit card or chosen payment method on the recurring schedule selected at checkout.

  • Failed Payments & Smart Retries: If an automatic charge fails, our platform utilizes an automated revenue recovery system powered by Stripe Smart Retries. This system dynamically attempts to re-process the payment up to 8 times over a 2-week period to successfully clear the balance.

  • Immediate System Re-Try: Our platform will also automatically initiate an immediate processing attempt the exact moment you update or replace your payment method on file.

  • Revocation of Access: If all automated retry attempts fail over the 2-week recovery window, your payment plan or subscription will be automatically canceled by the system. Upon cancellation, you will instantly lose access to all course content, student dashboards, and community spaces.

4. Certification & Graduation Requirements

  • Tuition Completion: For all certified programs or professional training tracks, your tuition must be paid in full before any official certificate, graduation document, or professional designation is issued.

  • Coursework Verification: We reserve the right to review and verify that all graduation criteria, curriculum requirements, and assessments have been fully completed prior to granting certification.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, digital delivery of our educational courses, curriculum, videos, and downloadable resources, there are no refunds.

  • No Chargebacks: By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that all sales are final and that you will not initiate a credit card chargeback dispute for any valid transaction processed under these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property & Use License

All content provided within our courses, website, and digital assets—including text, graphics, videos, logos, lesson plans, workbooks, and curriculum structure—is the exclusive intellectual property of Sacred Wellness School of Healing Arts.

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download materials for your own personal educational use.

  • Prohibited Use: You strictly agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, or use our course frameworks to create competing educational programs or commercial offerings without explicit written permission from us.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website and platform may contain links to third-party websites, software, or services (such as payment processors or external community tools) that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the School shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party platforms.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our website, courses, and student communities without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other students, or infringes upon our intellectual property rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Clause)

The services, courses, and materials on this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this website.

10. Rules of Conduct & Community Spaces

We provide digital community spaces for student interaction and growth. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate the account of any user who engages in:

  • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory language.

  • Unsolicited commercial promotion, spamming, or "pitching" services to other students.

  • Sharing misleading health claims or unsafe practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

The material provided by the School is for educational and transformational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Wellness School of Healing Arts and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our materials, or your application of the healing arts techniques taught in our programs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the School's primary business operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our site or services after modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
