Massage Therapy (including Prenatal), Reiki & Reflexology
- 90 min – $135 plus GST
- 75 min – $112.50 plus GST
- 60 min – $90 plus GST
- 45 min – $67.50 plus GST

Business Coaching & Reiki Mentoring
- 90 min – $225 plus GST
- 60 min – $150 plus GST
- 20 min – $70 plus GST
The Sacred Wellness Clinic is located at 44 St. Thomas Street #2, St. Albert, AB T8N 6N8. The building is called “Positive Power Plus”, and we are located just around the corner from La Crema Cafe. There is plenty of free parking in front.
All new clients must complete a Client Intake Form before their first appointment. All returning clients will be asked to review and update their health history annually, or as their health history changes.
To ensure that your appointment starts on time, please complete the COVID screen before arriving. The COVID screen is to be completed the day of your appointment, and no sooner. If you complete the COVID screen early, you will be asked to complete it again.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. This will give us enough time to discuss your goals; perform any orthopedic tests (if necessary); and allow you to get settled in so your appointment can start on time.
Your appointment begins and ends at your scheduled time. For example, if you have a 60-minute appointment booked at 10:00 AM and you arrive late, your appointment will still end at 11:00 AM, and you will be responsible for the full session fee.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We understand that life happens, so we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Appointments missed without notification, or cancelled within 24 hours, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your original session fee.
That being said, if you are not feeling well, please cancel your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you call in sick. For example, if you wake up the morning of your appointment feeling fine but start to develop symptoms later in the day, please call or text us at (780) 994 7088 to cancel your appointment.
We offer direct billing, but you are ultimately responsible for the session fee. A valid credit card must be on file in order for you to avail of direct billing. In the event that your claim is unable to be processed, you are responsible for the full session fee at the time of your appointment. Direct Billing Policies
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer direct billing to insurance companies for therapeutic massage services. Please read our policies carefully. These policies are subject to change without notice.
We do not direct bill for first sessions, only subsequent bookings. Your first session must be paid in full, and we will give you a receipt with our RMT # so that you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We require a valid credit card on file. If your claim is denied, we will charge the card on file and send you an electronic receipt.
If you require a doctor’s note for insurance coverage, please bring it in to your appointment. We will scan a copy and keep it on file.
It is your responsibility to know your available amount of coverage and keep track of balances from this coverage. Due to confidentiality, Insurance Companies do not share with us your balances.
We are unable to check balances, statements, limits, and the policies of your benefits plan.
In the event that your insurance repayment cannot be assigned to our clinic, we will process the insurance to go to you. When that happens, an insurance receipt and explanation will be offered to you upon check-out.
In the rare occasion that the online insurance system is experiencing down-time and we are unable to submit a claim, you will be responsible for the full payment of the massage treatment. You will then be provided with a receipt with our RMT # which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To set up direct billing, please bring the following to your appointment:
- Your driver’s license
- Your insurance benefits card
- A valid credit card
- A doctor’s note (if required)
A copy of your driver’s license, benefits card, and doctor’s note will be taken. Your credit card will remain on file and will only be used if a claim is denied (whether partially or in full), upon which you will be notified by email and sent an electronic receipt.
